Eccentric or Crazy?

So, in addition to the requirement of fabulous wealth used to distinguish between eccentric and crazy there also seems to be an age requirement. While I think there is a subordinate exemption for “artistic geniuses” to be considered eccentric even at a younger age (as long as they meet the fabulous wealth requirement), even if you are fabulously wealthy if you are younger than mid-forties and of average talents you are still crazy not eccentric.
