STRESS

I took an online stress test because I am feeling a bit stressed lately. Thinking back on this year I thought I might want to assess my stress level.

The scores break down like this:
Less than 150
Your score indicates that you have experienced low levels of stress in the past twelve months. Based on this assessment, your ability to cope with and manage future stress is very good.
You probably have low to low to average levels of personal stress at present.

150-199
Your score indicates that you have experienced low to moderate levels of stress in the past twelve months. Based on this assessment, your ability to cope and manage future stress is good.
You probably have average to moderate levels of personal stress at present.

200-299
Your score indicates that you have experienced high to very high levels of stress in the past twelve months. Based on this assessment, your ability to cope and manage future stress is low.
You probably have moderate to very high levels of personal stress at present.

300+
Your score indicates that you have experienced very high to extremely high levels of stress in the past twelve months. Based on this assessment, your ability to cope and manage future stress is dangerously low.
If this score is an accurate representation of your life experiences, we strongly urge you to seek professional advice about your ability to cope with any future stress challenges.
You probably have very high to extremely high levels of personal stress at present. Please take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally until you seek professional advice about your current stress levels and your ability to cope with future stress.
