So everytime London is bombed, the City of Baraboo shuts off my water to "replace fire hydrants" or maybe everytime the City of Baraboo shuts off my water, London is bombed. Coincidence? probably. It makes a rough morning for Amber though.

That is so scary! I have to admit, about 30% of the times I turn on water in my apartment, my mind flashes with the thought of, "What if there's no water? Then what? There will be chaos! Stampedes at the grocery store for the bottled stuff!" and my blood pressure rises slightly...
